iPhone-o-Gram! Cabin Searching!

I am almost afraid to post these photos –

We have found what we think will be our perfect mountain getaway – but it is a big big decision to make

This little cabin is not all "that" little! But it will fit our family for family gatherings in the years to come.

There is even ample room for Quilty friends to gather for long sewing weekends, or even whole quilting retreat weeks – that is if I can work some free time into my extra busy schedule!

The next step – making an offer!

More pictures to follow – this is getting very exciting! :-)

  47. It's beautiful. The size is really a plus ... our little beach house is small and large groups are definitely a problem. A large group is anything more than three of us quilting along with my husband who always wants to come along and hang out - he always volunteers to be our slave - does the cooking, etc. if we let him come. Gotta love him! I would definitely think about a larger place so more friends could come and sew for weekends at a time.

  48. Beautiful! And you so deserve it! Make an offer - and a whole blog & quilt community will send good vibes along to make your dream come true ;-)

  76. Bonnie, i think you've found a winner!
i especially noticed all the nice spacious parking area, and that the place has both basement and first floor access. that will come in handy when it snows, as will that wonderful fireplace and nice views. also very handy to have your own beautiful built-in stairmaster (aka spiral staircase) to use every day for exercize, and probably room as well to have a lift built to the second floor, should you need it in future years.
