Let's face it! I'm not as big of a cook as I was when the boys were young...now there is mostly 2 of us at home only half the time as we explore this "empty nest" life together!  And more often than not, it's rare if the 2 of us are ever in one place at the same time for a meal together.

Over the years I've posted a few recipes, and wanted to put them all in one spot. It was fun going back through the archives, finding the posts with the recipes and putting them in one place. And I'm definitely hungry now!
