It's crumb class day in Elkhart Indiana with the Maple Leaf Quilters---
Oh, yeah! The fabric is flying and we are making a beautiful mess as we work on string blocks, crumb blocks, maverick stars, wonky heart and an itro to pieced letters.
This evening is a lecture and trunk show and after packing that all up will drive back to the B&B for my last night---headed back to NC tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteMy "crumb" collection would fit right in with your class. I may have to try that once my Smith Mountain morning is done!
ReplyDeleteWe had a ball and learned soooo much. Wish I had the energy to just keep sewing here at home tonight but my eyes are drooping and I am off to bed. Goodnight Bonnie and thanks for spending time with us! :)

ReplyDeleteIf you are in Elkhart you need to get over to Lolly's fabric shop in Shipshawana, it is FANTASTIC and make sure you have your camera to take pictures of her samplers they are beautiful. She is in a large building and has two different shops, one displaying all her quilts and one with the fabric etc. and more quilts on display.
ReplyDeleteMake sure to take plenty of money or wear blinders.
