Pineapple Blossom in San Diego!

Lunch break! Whoohoo!

My class is awesome!  They've  been sewing up a storm all morning and turning out terrific blocks!

Our class is being held in the classroom  at Paradise Sewing in Poway--a fun little shop!  Need more time to explore!

Having a great time in the Southern California sunshine!

  1. Don't miss Rosie's while your there.

  2. Looks like fun! I love this block, it's so easy but packs a lot of design punch!

  3. Anonymous4:25 PM EDT

Bonnie, what is the level of quilting required for this mystry quilt?

  4. Looks like fun! I used to live across the freeway in Rancho Penaquitos from 1978-1981, before all the development. I now live on the central coast by Pismo Beach.

  5. Pineapples and Southern California go together very well! Enjoy you stay, but don't forget to get on the plane for the cruise in a couple of weeks! Getting excited for the adventure!

  6. Okay, I want the lavender/purple one when it's done! Just beautiful!

  7. Bonnie? I would like to apply for the job of Bonnie Helper. You could take me along when you travel; etc...or let me stay at the cabin with Sadie to cut fabrics, fill orders etc. Think of the possibilities :) ....okayyyyyyy I already know the answer. DRATS!

But it was a good thought. Keep on being Bonnie K and enjoy what you do. Thanks for all you so generously share with us!

    Smiles, JulieinTN

  8. Just love this beautiful block!! You can use all kinds of colours!
It is high on my WIM-list (Want It Myself.. ;)...)!
