A bit of Evening Fun!

Show & Tell night at Quilt Odyssey in Hershey, PA is a MUST ATTEND event!

As always, Mimi Dietrich and Norma Campbell put on quite a hilarious show – this years theme was beach party ----complete with grass skirts, shell bikini tops over tshirts ((this is a good thing! LOL!)) leis and margarita glasses…

Beach balls were flying and being tossed all over the auditorium, the entire audience getting into the act….

These ladies are such characters, you just can’t help but join in the fun and be swept up in it.

I don't know if you can see it -- but those are sea shells on, well.....front and center! LOL!

Everyone got excited when the staff started throwing fat quarters into the air!

The blurs you see are fabrics flying, the arms outstretched by greedy quilters just ready to get their hands on them!

Show and tell is a great time for teachers and students to share what they have been working hard on in class, I am so proud of my students!

I didn’t get pics of my students as I was up there holding our class quilt while they paraded their blocks around the room….but they all did so good.

Me, behaving myself --- okay, only for a minute!

I’m back in my room and bound and determined to do SOMETHING ---

Did you know that the best place to cut in a hotel room just might be the bathroom counter top?  It’s the right height and the lighting is really good in there….that’s where you’ll find me until bed time! LOL!

  1. Looks like fun....were there real Margaritas? That's a good photo of you, but that man behind you looked a tad uncomfortable!

  5. Bonnie, I and a few on-line friends met up for the first time in PA at one of their houses (saved hotel $$$ to buy more fabric). We all met at your tea presentation and it was so fun. We had fun at game night also. We might skip next yr. b/c you won't be there. LOL
