iPhone-o-Gram! Live from Cottonwood!

Star Struck is the quilt of the day up here in the beautiful town of Cottonwood, AZ!

The Quail Country Quilters have revved up their motors and we are well on our way to making some gorgeous scrappy quilts!

Along for the ride is a bevy of painted ladies---featherweights on parade in all colors!

This is the first time I've seen a repainted silver one, gorgeous with black decals!

Plans are underway for a drive to Jerome for dinner and sight seeing tonight--

Love Jerome and the mile high dining at Asylum Restaurant. Many a night looking out over the city and valley. Enjoy

Jerome is fantastic! Will you be able to make it down to Tucson this weekend for the Quilt Fiesta? I'll buy lunch!

Sounds like a great place to be. We were in N. AZ last month, but a little on the chilly side. Looks like you are having a good time. Love all those Singer Featherweights!

Oh now you got me...lolol...loving the Silver FW! There is a famous survivor of the Totanic - Molly Brown. She is th eowner of a rich silver mine. I would name that silver beauty Molly Brown!
When my Hummer FW needs a repaint - silver it will be.

I do envy you being in the SW in the Winter. And visiting with your Dad at the same time is soooooo wonderful. Have fun, smile alot and thanks for keeping all of us in the loop.

Hey Bonnie, when you have time, (haha right?) can you post or send me the info of the guy who painted yours? I have two white ones and I think I'm going to get one of those painted. It needs it anyway, so why not a fun color right! :D

Almost didn't get to read the rest of the post-once my eyes hit that silver feather weight! So sleek-reminds me of a silver Corvette! And I am not a great fan of Corvettes! Love it! (With matching thread, no less!)

Hope you are enjoying yourself! I'm missing you and Quilt Cam, certainly not getting as much done as I did in December, lol.
Looking for a featherweight to paint, I want it the chevy turquoise and now that I saw the black detailing, it finalized it for me!
Again, a very big Thank You for Easy Street. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will have it all assembled by this weekend AND my husband wants it for our bed.

We went to Jerome on our trip to Sedona. It was great fun!
I am so loving that silver Featherweight - would never have thought to paint it that color. Very cool!

I want to know how they paint those and leave the decals intact?

Decals applied new after painted. Bonnie has posted painter's name in other posts. Search her blog. Guy in Arkansas.

OH, both that silver and that red one want me to find a FW soon, and repaint it! But it will be so hard to decide on a color, because of you Bonnie! You keep posting pics of different colors I fall in love with!!! :)
