Lunch time in Colorado Springs!
The sky is back to blue and the sun is melting the small accumulation of snow that fell this morning.
Today we are engulfed in buckets and bags and bins of scraps--just the sight of the huge scrap receptacles has us all in giggles over just the prospect of sewing up all of this stuff in a small wall hanging during the course of a 6-hour class day!
But just look at these smiles--we are having an absolute ball!

Love the wonky stars! Is Love Shack going to be a pattern in the new book?
ReplyDeleteThose stars are just plain addictive like potato chips loaded with salt ;).
ReplyDeleteThinking I could whip up some for a few charity quilt tops I plan. Friend long arms them, they go to homeless children.
Thanks for the idea!

This is the class I would most like to take.
ReplyDeleteLove Shack is currently available only as a workshop. Patterns are only available if you take the workshop. It may be included in a future book down the pipeline.
ReplyDeleteThey are so cute! I love scrap bags like that. So much potential!
ReplyDeleteOh those bags and totes of scraps make me want to dive in and rummage :)
