Not just a little bit of rain, but more like steady sheets and showers of rain.
But we didn't mind!
We were inside with our machines and our fabric and our tools and our gadgets and all of our new friends, and we were having a ball making Cathedral Stars units.
It's what we do!
We don't have to explain it to anyone, it's who we are!
And we all get it, don't we?
Special thanks to those who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event happen. I am having a wonderful time, rain and all!
More photos to follow in tomorrow morning's slideshow!
What a perfect way to spend a rainy day! Love all the gorgeous colours!
ReplyDeleteYour students come up with the prettiest color combinations! Looking forward to the slideshow tomorrow. I have been meaning to comment on the pop up ads on your blog. It is so funny to see the ads for 'free quilt patterns' and 'how to quilt videos' etc... Why would we go elsewhere when we are on BONNIE HUNTER's website? We don't need any more how-to info or more patterns. It always make me laugh....
ReplyDeleteYou didn't give a weather report. I hope it is warm for your sake.
ReplyDeleteI already feel warmer knowing you are in Florida. Have fun.
I see 4-patch blocks! Another quilt to make if you are doing APQ 's challenge.
ReplyDeleteWe are all looking forward to your visit with us at Camp Weed with the Lady of the Lake Quilt Guild, from Lake City, FL,. Only wish we could guarantee you perfect Florida weather, however, I think I see another cold spell coming at the end of this week. I can guarantee you that our genuine hospitality and friendliness will keep you warm!!
