We are on our way back from Soldotna to Anchorage--dreading that redeye flight that will get me to Atlanta by morning.
After freezing feet the entire flight here, I am keeping one quilt out of the trunkshow bags to keep myself warm on the flights home.
A funny-- we stopped near Moose Pass at the inn at tern lake where DH's cousin Nikki works. She told us there was a group of quilters checking in to retreat for 4 days---
I asked where they were from and was told Kenai area, would I like to meet them?
Lol! It turned out it was a group of ladies from my previous 2 days of classes! A happy reunion!! Fun! They are going to have a beautiful retreat in a gorgeous place!
We'll catch you again next time, girls!!
