100 Blocks Vol 13 Winners!

Yes, I know it’s late!  But sometimes you have to enjoy dinner out with the other teaching staff, followed by a leisurely beverage up in the cupola of the Grand Hotel and talk shop!

It’s been a long but rewarding day, and before I head off to bed I am posting our winners for the 100 blocks by 100 designers volume 13 giveaway.

I hope you had as much fun looking at the different sites and seeing all of the beautiful blocks!

I am excited about my block, Dawn’s Early Light, and I will be anxiously awaiting the time when I can start making a full quilt with these fun blocks!

Dawn’s Early Light!

Found on page 29 of vol 13!

One winner will receive a copy of 100 blocks vol 13 straight from the offices of Quiltmaker Magazine.  Two other winners will be receiving various goodies!

This morning before breakfast!

It’s been an absolutely gorgeous day at The Grand.  What a difference from 2 years ago!  Look at these daffodils blooming…so lovely.  i feel like I get TWO springs, one in the south, and one in the north.  I can’t wait to see how things have changed in the Chicago area since I was there in April.  I’ll be back in just over a week.

Heading to bed, happily tired, tomorrow is the start of Midnight Flight as a 2 day workshop!

Sleep sweet, everyone!
