I have created duplicate pages of the patterns and other pages with a more "printer friendly" format. The patterns should fit on the paper, with no menus on the left column.
There are some things you can do to conserve more paper and ink!
All steps are the same, except SHRINK TO FIT is called SCALE.
In IE:
All steps are the same, except there is no SHRINK TO FIT or SCALE, just a place where you can choose which percentage to shrink the page. 50% or 75% would be your best options.

- Click to the page you want to print.
- Click on FILE at the top left of the page.
- Click PRINT PREVIEW
- Click the down arrow next to SHRINK TO FIT
- Set the shrinkage at 60% and preview the effects to the page
- If this setting pleases you, hit PRINT at the top left.
- If you want it bigger or smaller, use the SHRINK TO FIT option to adjust it til it is right for you.
