And Who Will It Be???

Will it be you?

I’m home from New York and Pennsylvania, having spent about an hour longer in Detroit than I actually wanted to, but it wasn’t that bad!

I had hexies, I had an audio book, and a long terminal to walk to get my 10,000 fitbit steps in.  All good!

So let’s do this thing!

This is like the infamous “If I ever win the lottery I will…” thing, but in order to win you will have had to enter!

Did you?

1,158 DID!

And if you did, did you leave an email address even if you have a google/blogger/google+ profile?  It’s the only way to enter!  No email, no way to contact – I chose someone else!

And I am SO happy to say that tonight I didn’t have to draw two, three or four times just to find someone who complied with an address!

The random number generator  pulled this lucky number:

 597_2

#597!

597_1

Barb!  One of my future cruisers!  So excited!

Barb wins a copy of the July/August issue of Quiltmaker featuring my Addicted to Scraps column!

And a lovely collection of threads and needles from Colonial Needle & Presencia thread!

Barb, you’ve been notified at the email address given.  Please send me an email back with your snail mail and I’ll get this right out to you!  I’ll be seeing you in October!

As far as my non-eventful trip went –I’m happy to say that I am LOVING this new busy bag.

The last fill in section is coming along just swimmingly!

The bags are unloaded from the car and in the house.  Not much is going to happen here tonight as this girl is bushed.

There will be no Quilt Villa time this weekend as I leave early early on Sunday for Sacramento, so I have a few days home here to putter and sew and ---do I dare take the time to organize the OTHER side of the basement?  There is a pile of fabric on the cutting table that needs to be dealt with.

We’ll see.  I’m looking forward to Quilt-Cam time on SATURDAY afternoon, 2pm Eastern which makes it 7pm for those in the UK and 8pm for those in Europe –it’s been a long time since I’ve been able to sew with those folks at a time they could join in so I’m looking forward to it!

Enjoy your evening, everyone!
