Gifting the Give-Aways!

Merry Merry, Happy Happy Christmas Eve morning!

An executive decision was made last night – why write TWO give-away posts back to back 12 hours apart from each other when they could be combined into one?

Especially since the offer to be taken out to a prime rib dinner was made and accepted?

And returning home to the cabin after 8:30pm found me face to face with the hand quilting beckoning from my comfy chair.

There was another episode of the Hatfield's and McCoy's to watch on Netflix…surely we can just make this morning’s post a triple gift-away?!

Gift number 1:  The Full Sized Quilty Box!

Who is 1481 out of 4818 entries?

And now for our Epic Very Merry Christmas Gift-Away with HollyAnne of String & Story and the Daylight Company:

Those who missed out on entering on this one, you missed something huge!  We had 8232 entries!

Our lucky winner will be spending her time in online machine quilting seminars with HollyAnne Knight, receive a selection of wonderful lamps directly from The Daylight Company, and the following from me:

So many goodies!

HollyAnne was in charge of the entries for this one, and out of 8232 entries, we have a WINNER!!  One winner takes it ALL, and our winner is:

ANN FODNESS!!

From Daylight:
Slimline Table Lamp
Wafer 1 Light box and cutting mat
Smart Travel Lamp

I will be getting this bundle off to Ann when I return home, she’ll choose her workshops from HollyAnne, and Daylight will be sending her the grand prize!

A very merry Christmas, indeed!

I love stitching beneath my Daylight!

I am easing into Christmas Eve morning here.  Son Jeff will be on his way up to Virginia from Winston-Salem some time this morning as he worked last night.

I’ll be in the kitchen baking his favorite cookies.  It’s Taco Sunday here as our big ham dinner will happen tomorrow.  I’m telling myself to not go TOO big as there are only 3 of us, but leftovers are always welcome during the holidays.  They make meals easy and allow for more stitching time!

Quiltville Quote of the Day!

It's not easy looking beyond the overly full to-do list, but people are always more important than things.

Who needs your time? (It just might be YOU!)

Have a lovely Sunday, everyone!
