Galaxy-Gram! And we are OFF!

Boarded in JFK headed to Rome!

Having a pinch me monent--with intermittent doses of reality.

Did I get it all done?

Did I forget anything?

Where will I next find wifi?

Photos below  quickly before they close the boarding door!

Sunrise in Atlanta!

Gorgeous day descending into New York!

I have a ticket to ROME!

We are all present and accounted for!

This is NOT a first class seat---window yes, leg room NO!

  8. I agree - no leg room, actually you ended up with minus leg room. How can they do that to someone as tall as you are. I should have had your seat. But darn, I don't get to go to Italy.

Have loads of fun and take a lot of pictures. Are you going to tour the Aurifil factory while you are in Italy?

  12. That smile says it all, I would be all smiles too if I were going, but underneath a basket of nerves about the plane ride there and back. But I pray you have safe travels, and I truly believe you are going to have a wonderful time, and please take lots of photos, because I too will be visiting Italy through your eyes. Cannot wait to read and see all about it. Markay in KY
