It looks like you are hitting all the great places to see the ocean and the lighthouses, we go there all the time.

Did she say how long she's been accumulating those strings?
ReplyDeleteOh my. I thought I had a lot of string but nowhere near that many.
DeleteI don't understand about the strings. Can you tell me what you are talking about.
ReplyDeleteFUN!

Love that box of strings! To Anonymous: check out the Free Patterns tab. Near the bottom of the list there is a String Quilting Basics link. Read that and you'll be in the know.
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to all your hexie posts? I was so looking forward to seeing it.
ReplyDeleteLook at that bin of strings! What do you scrappers do...slice all your fabric up when you buy it? I'll never accumulate all those strings. My scrap quilts are so boring! I even buy baggies of scraps at the quilt shops to spice things up...I'd dive in too!

now why did i never think of putting all my strings into a bucket like that! i could clean out 4 double-sized drawers of ho-hum fabric lickety-split if i only had a bucket.
ReplyDeleteand just think...then i would have a real excuse to make a 'bucket list' of quilts! lol
I like the floral black and white border inbetween the inside and the outside. Barby
ReplyDeleteGoodness...I thought I had strings....What a load of goodness!!!
