For Lynn....
This is a pic of a quilt I made from Lynn's mystery quilt pattern! My guild in IDAHO did the mystery..so you know how many years ago this was. It was PRE-long arm and that had to be before 1995 :c) I needed the quilt bigger, and I liked the blocks on point so that is how I set them. I gave this to my neice Jessica when she was born.

I definately love the blocks on point! And what a sweet baby quilt it makes! I love it!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great--has a feel of voilets with the purple and green and set on point.
ReplyDeleteI had a contest with my guild with the pattern--one category was "a different drummer..."

This is a very cute pattern! I'm doing a baby quilt in lilac and green too - looks so sweet. I tried to do a comment on your "As the Blog Turns" note, but it wouldn't let me, not sure why. But in essence - I too love the "Daily Maverick Ring Read" to see what you're all up to. Enjoy your retreats :-)
