Or should that be DIVE from the antique mall??
I've made it about half way to my New York destination. I've checked into a hotel and am exploring the nearby antique mall!!
What's the first thing that I see!?
Another diving helmet. They are everywhere! Lol!
But---there are other goodies to be found as well!

Safe driving. Call when you have a chance.
I just love reading about your adventures on the road and shopping with you, too. If you find a third diving helmet, we'll have to figure out exactly what the powers that be are trying to tell you. I see diamonds and a 9-patch on that helmet. Have fun and be safe!
I see a CHEDDAR Bow Tie and more of your favorite Picnic baskets. Lucky you! How many will fit in "shamu"??
Who knew diving helmets were so easy to find!? What a hoot!
Diving helmets? That is weird! : )
Loves the baskets. Typing on kendle isn't as easy as a computer
Dang! I wished I lived near you. I'd sure like one of those picnic baskets.
Can you see a quilt design with diving helmets? I want the bulldog in the hutch!! LOL!
OK lolol, so quilters are also "basket cases" lolol - aka basket lovers. I have a collection and each has a use. LOVE THEM. A basket maker told me there are one of the few things that can not be made by machine! Yes, the pieces can be steamed and bent...but after that, it is all hand made. IS that what appeals to we quilters?
Smiles to all, Bonnie have a safe and happy trip.

maybe with all these diving helmets, we should be saying.....safe diving, not safe driving!!
My husband's grandpa wore one of those diving helmets as a salvage diver for the US Navy during WWII. Most people don't realize what a difficult, dangerous line of work it was. For me, it takes those helmets from 'weird' to 'impressive and fascinating.'
Although, I'll grant you that finding helmets at two antique stores in a row certainly qualifies as 'weird.' :) LOL
Safe trip, Bonnie!
I'm starting to want one of those diving helmets :) They look nifty and keep popping up.
The bright green stool with the mustard colored pottery lamp...I want!
How funny to find another diving helmet! I wonder how much they want for them...probably why they're still there :)
Are those Longaberger baskets I see? The only thing I have more of than quits is Longaberger baskets and I love it when I find one for a song every now and then.
So glad I don't feel the need to collect diving helmets. LOL But baskets and quilts and fabric, oh yes!
Have fun. Travel safely.
My dad was a superintendant for a company that repaired and built bridges and dams. So we knew a lot of divers. I would want one of those helmets...I think they look cool! I have pictures of the Stone Arch Bridge in Mpls.that he worked on, probably the FIRST round of repairs! Again, safe travels, and great adventures to you!
What do you mean you don't have a diving helmet in your front yard! You must be a wierdo or something!!
I'm guessing you stopped somewhere around Allentown, PA, that's a Mack Truck bulldog on the shelf. Kendra
It's amazing to me all the quilts you see in antique malls and thrift shops on your travels. I hardly ever see quilts, or they're really old and falling apart. So, did you buy any?
Vickie in Cleveland
Not too many diving helmets found on the prairies of Oklahoma!
