We were seeing stars all day long in our Cathedral Stars workshop with the Northwest Quilters of Portland Oregon yesterday!
I was so thrilled to spend time with this group of ladies, many who had traveled from other areas around the state, or across the border in Washington, to come sew for the day.
This is Judy D and I ---we've known each other online for years and years, and here we are together with her crazy group!
The weather was beautiful and we worked away while the doors were open to the beautiful Oregon summer weather outside.
The iron brigade --
It just doesn’t get much better than this!
Show us your 4 patches, ladies!

I hope you’ll sit down and enjoy a cuppa while watching our slide show! There was so much going on, it’s a fun one to watch!

Thanks for a fun day Bonnie. It was great to finally meet in person.
The trunk show was fabulous and I cannot wait to create more quilts.
That's my Friend Judy D on your Blog!!! I'm so happy she finally got to meet you. Pretty Blocks on the wall there! Have fun in Portland again today.
I was able to come to the trunk show last night as a guest of the guild (brought two friends along). What a great time we had and such beautiful quilts! Can't wait to take your class on Wednesday and really get to know you better.
I hope you get to go to the Fabric Depot while you are in Portland! This looks like a fun, fun group. Wish I was there.
That pic of you and JudyD is adorable. You both look so happy to finally meet, and the class is definitely having a good time--as usual!
