Hi Bonnie, I am Stephanie Carter the designer behind Lily Ashbury fabric for Moda.
I have a new line shipping in a week or so and would love to offer your followers a giveaway as soon as I have my hands on the precuts.
I have also designed a quilt (see pic below) and would be most happy to offer a pattern as well. Please let me know if you are interested?
Warmest regards,
Stephanie Carter
Okay, who are we to turn down the offer of gorgeous fabric and a free pattern?
I mean, take a look at this yumminess!
Yowza! These are my 2013 favorite colors!
You did see my Lazy Sunday Quilt, Right?
Oh, I think this girl is right up my alley!
If you haven’t started Lazy Sunday yet, I think this gorgeous Layer Cake would get you well
under way!
That is IF you didn’t decide to make the High Street quilt from the included free pattern
right off!
Beautiful!
And this is the beautiful face behind it all. It’s thanks to her generosity that we are holding
this Give-Away!
So here is what I’m going to do. I’m headed to the cabin this morning. I’ll be home Sunday night.
Leave a comment below with what you would want to make with this luscious layer-cake. I will draw Sunday Evening for the winner of both the layer-cake and the free pattern!
And while you are out and about shopping, check your local quilt shop for Lily Ashbury High Street fabrics. If they are there, give them a pet and a feel and take some home, come on,
you know you want to!
If you don’t find them, consider asking your shop to get them in. They are just the fabrics
you are looking for!
I’ll be in touch from the cabin with quick updates…but mostly I’ll be getting in as much
piecing time as I can!
Have a great weekend, everyone!

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 400 of 765 Newer› Newest»Those fabrics would look great with the pattern I use for my beginning quilter class! Love them! thanks so much for the chance to win. Have a great time at the cabin. I am headed to my old stomping grounds this weekend to check out the Piecemakers Quilt Show (and work it as well).
My current favorite colors, too! I would make large triangle and squares and put them together in the pieced wedding ring pattern (not the double, the other one). So pretty!
Beautiful fabric, I would love fabric and pattern for another quilt I am making for my family. Am behind in wedding and baby quilts. This would give me a jump start and a fresh idea. Love the colors.
I love the fabrics! Would make a log cabin quilt for one of my grandkids. Thank you for the chance to win!
I'd probably make a quilt for my daughter's friend, age 11. I've made quilts for her cousins, but I haven't made one for her yet.
I would definitely make a quilt with this gorgeous layer cake! Thanks for the chance to win!
I don't know what pattern I would use, but I know I would make it for my Daughter! These are SO her colours! Beautiful!
Bonnie, How wonderful of Stephanie to offer this gift of fabric. As to what project I would make if I were to receive this gift??? I wish I could tell you... I am one of the those quilty types that gets inspiration from the visual and tactile experience of the fabric or a specific pattern will drive me to create.... so to answer your question: I do not know what project they will be used in, but it will be awesome to try and figure it out... Chris :)
What beautiful fabric. That is so my style. I love anything floral and these colors are so pretty. I have several patterns saved back in my head that would be perfect with that fabric.

Beautiful and such a generous giveaway! I would make a quilt for my mom to brighten up her new (to her) house! Thanks to both of you!
These fun colors would definitely go into a quilt for Project Linus. Not only do I get to try out new techniques & patterns by making these quilts, but more importantly know that I am helping brighten up a child's day. Thanks, Bonnie, for all you do for the quilting community.
Love the fabric and I think I would use the fabric to make the High Street quilt. Have a great weekend at your cabin, hope you get lots of stitching time.

Luv these colors for a fun and quilt to brighten the day!!! Thank You!! Hope it is me!!!
Stephanie/Lily ' s beautiful fabrics make me think of a pattern which would allow large blocks of those patterns shine. So I'm thinking of Red Velvet (aka Sweet Life) by Camille Roskelly of Thimble Blossoms. The block has a large section of a bold print, surrounded by points of a contrasting solid. I would love, love, love to use this layer cake. And I might even finish just in time for Spring 2014!
