I had to play it again and again and watch the little girl’s face!
The story goes that she thought she kept hearing fireworks and couldn't sleep, so they sang to keep her mind preoccupied. In the end, nothing competes with fireworks.
You have got to watch this….her facial expressions are so priceless!

OH MY!!! He was so sweet and patient with her in the middle of the night when most parents would be tired and cranky!!! Very sweet and a lucky little girl! I sure hope she grows up to appreciate him sacrificing sleep for her. It's also great that they can record this sweet memory for her to look back on one day.

This was so delightful. Both my husband and yours truly watched it twice and smiled throughout. You can tell that the little girl had spent lots of time with her dad. What a wonderful relationship for each person!

So sweet!! I watched this morning and again just now.
It IS the little joys that make life so important and sometimes bearable. When I took a face-first fall on the concrete sidewalk in front of my apartment a couple weeks ago, I called my daughter to help me. My 5-year old granddaughter came FLYING out of the SUV and said, "Grandma, Grandma, Grandma, where's your cane? You MUST use your cane! Because I don't know what I'd do without you!" Yup .... that's pure joy!
what a beautiful memory for this family! They obviously spend lots of quality time together and have a wonderful relationship, a joy to watch.

It is just precious, it is nice to know in this fast paced, hurry hurry world we live in a Father and Daughter can still do something so wonderful, she is truly a blessed little girl to have such a wonderful Father. My other half loved the pink ukele. Just adorable and priceless!!!!
