I awoke yesterday to photos from this wonderful group of ladies, and I am so excited to see what fun they had, ALL NIGHT LONG!

Dear Bonnie
As per your request, here are some of the photo’s of our all night workshop using your Scrappy Trip Along pattern.
We gathered at our local quilt shop at 18:00 (6pm) on Friday night the 5th of April. In total, there were twelve of us who worked straight through the night until 06:00 the following morning.
It was very educational and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We were provided with a meal in the quilt shop so as not to waste any time. The quilt shop owner (Ann Nel) and her assistants were very gracious hosts and made the evening really enjoyable.
Everyone made good progress and all in all I would say that the evening was a big success.
Thanks again for everything you do for quilters world wide and for allowing us to use your pattern. We appreciate it.
Regards,
Linda O.

Don't you just love it?! Bonnie-izing the quilting world, one shop at a time lolol.
This is one of your patterns I would need HELP doing ... since I am a tad dyslexic I can only imagine what it would look like if I tried on my own LOLOL
Smilies to all

OMG all night - I would barely be able to sew and not make mistakes all night long - more power to them, I like to sleep at night :)
What fun! I'm heading to NZ next month and would like to visit the shop. Do you know where it's located?
One of your best patterns for scraps - works every time! It must be gratifying for you to see your patterns in use EVERYWHERE! :-)
Oh I could SO do this. Especially since sleep has been elusive lately. Great pics.
love the blocks! I've got a pink and chocolate Trip quilt planned,(digging into a fat quarter tower that i've hoarded for a couple of years!) and hope to get it started next week.
Sounds like a lot of fun! I would need SO much caffeine, though! I really want to make one of these quilts.
Sounds like an amazing night. Great fun. I also enjoyed seeing the shop itself in the background of those smiling ladies. Looks like an awesome shop!
Bonnie-izing the quilting world, one shop at a time! I like that one. It would be wonderful if more local quilt shops would do the same thing! Scrappy Trips just might take over the beds around the world!
Well I am in New Zealand and although that all nighter was not anywhere near where we are, my friend and I have also made one of bonnie's quilts, so she sure is influencing the world! Bonnie for Pope I say! There is nothing more uniting than bunches of women with stashes of fabric and like minds.
Hi, I am Linda and I organized the all-nighter at our local quiltshop, Capricorn Cuilting. We are actually in Polokwane, South Africa and nowhere near NZ. Maybe you can come and visit our lovely shop one day.
Congratulations on a great event Linda, I have had to stop my self at 2am some nights, I'm sure I could have joined you, but I would have spent more on fabric in that environment than the air fare from the UK!
That looks like a fun group! And such pretty blocks being made too.
