My favorite dessert have a french name (Gâteau 5 étages). I can describe it a little for you. First stage (crush graham biscuit), second (mix of eggs, icing sugar, butter), third( crush pineapple), fourth (whip cream), and last (bit of crush graham biscuit). OMG can eat half of it. I have to stop myself. Doing it only at christmass time. sorry for all mistakes :c)

I don't stand a chance of winning, but if I don't enter, I have even less of a chance. This book looks awesome. Desert.....hmmm...Anything chocolate and chewy. Lately it's been Toll House Chocolate chip cookies w/walnuts. I believe the healthy walnuts will negate the sugar, don't you?

My favorite dessert is pie, especially blueberry, blackberry and strawberry-rhubarb. Our family prefers pie vs cake for birthdays. The best part is having a piece saved for breakfast the next morning with a nice piece of sharp cheddar and some fresh black coffee to go with it ~ yummy!

Tipsy Cake! 2 stacked yellow cake layers, each drizzled with a good red wine covered with a rich egg custard and finally homemade whipped cream spiked with Apple Jack sprinkled with toasted almond slices. Keep in the fridge for two days for everything to "get acquainted" then serve. In the South, even the little kids get seconds at Christmas gatherings. If Tipsy Cake doesn't win a book, just make one. . . it's a winner!

My mother-in-law's homemade lemon meringue pie! It's the best ever!! Awesome homemade crust, meringue a mile high, & made-from-real-lemons filling . . . there's nothing like it. Unfortunately, at 93, her pie-making days are past, so it's just a delicious, happy memory. :>)

Baked Plums with Ice Cream. The yummy sauce from the plums gets drizzled over the ice cream, which sort of melts it a little. (AND its Gluten Free). Recipe super easy and available on request.

Baked Plums with ice cream. The yummy sauce is drizzled over the ice cream & makes it go all soft and squidgy. Recipe is super easy and available on request. AND its Gluten Free

I wish I was there enjoying the Block Party, too, but travel to Oregon with my machine just didn't seem doable. I hope the next party will be in the MidWest! I have two favorite deserts: Graeters Black Raspberry Chip ice cream - which I only allow myself to eat on Sundays and special occasions - and Boston Cream Pie. Yummmmmm!

My favourite dessert can even have a cherry on top! It is pavlova with fresh whiooed cream and decorated with strawberries, raspeberries, kiwi fruit or mandarin segments. Pavlova is made from whipped egg whites with sugar which are baked so that the outside is crisp and the inside is soft and yummy. It is named after the ballet dancer Pavlova, probably because of her tutu.

Because I was closed out of "Bonnie classes" at Hershey, I looked on your calendar for when you might be in somewhere in the North East. Hot dang, April 11 you will be with the Lebanon Quilter's teaching Jared takes a Wife. I'm driving 1.5 hours, bringing 2 buddies (I hope) from my guild, and we're taking a Bonnie class. I am sooooo psyched! I love ice cream, any flavor except rose flavored I had once in an Indian restaurant. Flowers aren't ice cream.

My favorite dessert is what we call "Mush Cookies" in our household. It is simply Chocolate Chip Oatmeal cookies, but the way I make them, they come out all MUSHY and yummy.

The hardest question ever!!! i'd have to say real fudge made from my Grandma's recipe-made with cocoa, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Cooked to soft ball stage then beaten by hand. So good!!!

Favorite dessert? ICE CREAM! (I scream!) Usually vanilla, sometimes with the addition of berries or liquer or chocolate syrup or.... plain ol' cream. Yup! I am a cream lover, and when you pour cream over ice cream it adds another great texture and taste. My secret is now out. Thanks for a chance at your give away, Bonnie.

My favorite is my daughter's homemade cheesecakes, she makes so many kinds that on my birthday she makes me minis in several flavors. I was born and raised in St Louis and there was a small bakery that made them and as much as I loved theirs I love hers more. Must be the personal touch @:)

I my original post I mentioned many of the same desserts others have but after reading through all of them I think I do like a sweet from time to time it's fresh fruit that I like the best.
Strawberries Cherries Peaches pears apples blueberries blackberries watermelon and on and on
Easy on the waist great taste no fat no gluten

My fave is ice cream. Any flavor but rose which I had in an Indian restaurant. Ice cream shouldn't be a flower flavor.

My favorite dessert is a pie recipe that my grandson and I concocted with apples, cranberries,blackberries and raspberries. Unspeakably good!

I just love fresh fruit, any fresh fruit will do. A nice big bowl of strawberries with pineapple and blueberries is my very favorite. Wish I had that Grab Bag, everything is too cool!

We have a restaurant here that makes an "Uncake". It's a Black Forest Cake, but instead of cake for the layers they use baked meringue. Very light and Yummy!!

My favorite dessert is chocolate chip ice cream. Or chocolate cake. Or brownies. Or strawberry shortcake. Oh my, I just can't choose! I work at a job where a lot of what I do is making dinner reservations all over the world for people (I am a concierge). Any time I do, I look at the restaurant's dessert menu first, because I have such a sweet tooth lol

Can I just say that I am disappointed you did not tell us yours? lol
