iPhone-o-Gram! Pass the Fork!

Tonight we celebrated my birthday dinner out on the town!

For a special treat – I enjoyed a wonderful plate of shrimp and grits, North Carolina style!

And as if that heavy meal was not enough – my server brought me the biggest piece of raspberry chocolate cheesecake I have ever seen!

I may be in a diabetic coma by morning--But what a way to go! :-)

I can pass on the shrimp and grits (never had grits), but that cheesecake looks great. Happy Birthday. I do not celebrate anymore (too old), haha. Loved that video, thanks.

Sounds so, so good!~ I just cooked some sausage that I picked up in Hendersonville, NC on my last trip. Hubby now has sausage biscuits from his N.C. home. He's in heaven.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

The very best wishes for a Happy Birthday -- oh yes pass the fork over!! That's a huge piece of Cheesecake wow! Love grits (ok folks for those not in the know :-) They are a teeny bit like Cream of wheat in texture, but YUMMY with butter and salt -- or however you like them.
