I found them for something like $19 at JoAnn and used a coupon to purchase at a discount. They are GREAT ... table legs rest on tops easily and there is a sort of "groove" to keep the table legs from slipping off. HIGHLY recommend them!
You can also use PVC pipe, cut in whatever length you want, it works, my friend's husband cut some for us, makes all the difference when one doesn't have to stoop over to work!
I have found all 4 sets of my bed raisers at yard sales, I have not paid more than $5.00 for any of them. I love the height of my cutting table now. The other sets go with me to retreats or our guilds Saturday Sews.

Looks like a lot of fun! I hope to take your class next year when you come to our guild. Those bed risers are great under my cutting tables...I have two six-foot tables set up next to each other for one huge surface. I am tall and it's the perfect height for me. And I have some of my bins of fabric under them! -Lori in Tennessee
For a cutting table I use an antique 6 legged table. To raise it 6" I had the lumberyard cut 6" lengths of 6x6 and painted them white to blend in with the carpet. Works well for me. Also makes for more space to store stuff under there also. MN Joyce aka joyus

Bonnie what did they use to raise the legs on the cutting tables? They look like upside down flowerpots.

"libel fall morning?' Looks like autocorrect got you. LOVELY?
I use bed raisers on my cutting table. The costs range from $15 to $30 depending on where you purchase them. Great back saver!
Looks like they are the plastic bed risers you can purchase almost anywhere. I may have to try it myself.

They are called bed risers, made to increase storage space under the bed. You can get them at Walmart, or Bed, Bath & Beyond etc.
They are used to raise your bed up a few inches. Acutually, have some under my bed "legs" and the same on my sofa. Love 'em!
I've been able to find sets at thrift stores
How do the table legs stay stable on the bed raisers?

Good idea on PVC pipe as I use bed risers

And there are empty spaces at those tables. For me? I so wish.
Have fun ladies.

You mean there were empty tables????? Unheard of in a Bonnie class :o)
We use PVC pipe at my church charity quilting group. It works great-no wobbles!
