Good luck on the MRI. I have leg/hip paun as well so I'm curious to see what your is. I got sent to PT and it hasn't helped any. Going back to doctor soon.
Don't know what kind of leg pain your having, but I have leg pain too, we discovered it was a vitamin Magnesium deficient, which then lead to a Vitamin D deficient. No x-rays or MRI's could tell me anything. Google solved my problem. Then I had it confirmed with the doctors office with a simple blood test.
I hope that you find out the cause of your pain. I've been experiencing pain from my hip down for the more than 4 months. Finally went to the doctor as it wasn't going away. My doctor thinks that it's the sciatic nerve and started me on Aleve and sent me to Physical Therapy which I just started.
Take care Bonnie. I am glad you are having your leg checked out. There could be many causes..Let's hope the doctor is able to make a correct and quick diagnosis.
I admit to being a little paranoid and cautious. Mostly because I am a nurse. But here it goes. Did the leg pain start after your flights? Because there is a link between sitting for extended periods and DVT (deep vein thrombosis). This is serious and needs medical treatment. I'm sure your doctor is taking good care of you and considering everything. As one quilter to another i want you healthy and keeping up your great work on the blog and making those awesome quilts Shannon. (sha1non@hotmail.com)
Lack of Vit D here too. Also bought new orthodtic walkng shoes and that has made a difference, and doing stretching exercises for back and legs has helped.

I'm thinking your leg pain has something to do with hauling all that mail around!
Good for you!
