I've been staying at Sandi's while enjoying my time in San Diego!
I wanted to do something a bit different, and I wrote today's blog post about my wonderful visit to San Diego on Sandi's Blog, as if I were talking to you from her house! Won't you come click over, grab a cuppa tea and visit us at
Kwiltnkats and give Sandi a little hello? I'm sure she'd love to know you enjoyed your visit!
See you There!

Looks like you are having a wonderful time. Good for you. Enjoy the show, and give us a full report when you get home.
Good thing Sandi's little girl cat is shy. The look on her face in the picture was clearly sssssscat! lol
Dear Bonnie,
Thank you for giving us all a great presentation last evening. Your work is beautiful and inspirational!
Looking forward to attempting Roll,Roll,CB...with some blues, which I have a lot of, in place of the pinks, which I have not much of.
Hope you enjoyed your stay.

Bonnie--thanks so much for your great presentation, it was so much fun to meet you in person and hear your story & scrap saver's/user's system! Hope you can come back to San Diego in the future and have fun at Road 2 CA!
Hi Bonnie,
Just loved your lecture Monday night. I'm currently working on my RRCB. Some years ago when I started quilting I started two bins of 2" light and dark strips. I was really into making Sharyn Craig's Half Log Cabin Quilts. I also started a hexagon grandmother's flower garden using the English Paper Piecing method. I remember when I first started I did not have enough fabric to get a variety flowers...boy has time changed that :->. I also wanted to share with you that in the photo of you at the Embarcadero with your arm around the Tuskegee Airman brought a smile to my face. My husband was a Tuskegee Airman, he was in instructor at the Cadet Ground School at Tuskegee Army Air Base from 1943 to 1946. P.S. the bean soup recipe was delicious.
