Stitch Mob Through The Weekend!

I've had a wonderful weekend with the Stitch Mob hailing from Missouri, Kansas and beyond!

Such a fun and creative bunch of ladies -

And a few of them kicked my butt when it came to getting out for hikes and walks.

The weather was perfection - We could use some rain, but it has been so lovely, this late summer days.

And the quilts coming out of this group are fabulous!

Strings are a favorite for everyone -

Here's some more over here being set with purple grunge.

Bricks & Stepping Stones (Free Patterns tab) taking over this design wall.

Karen was up to the borders on her Sugar Top!

Shirt fabrics are fabulous!

Scrappy  big flying geese!

Tumalo Trail from Scraps & Shirttails II happening here!

There is something about little scrappy nine patches that always calls to me.

Quilt as you go by Bonita!

It was so fun watching how she tackled this in diagonal sections, got it quilted, and then covered the seams on the back with binding strips:

This one will be a comfort quilt donation.

Trip Around The World waiting for its center column-

Love the black and whites!

Gorgeous Santa panel received its binding!

And yes - this happened!  Click to Play:

The quilting design is called Radicchio by Urban Elementz

Charcoal grey binding will happen in the near future.

I loved making this. It quickly became an obsession.

Be looking for the Moonflower PDF pattern to be ready in November - I've got a lot up on deck between now and then.

The pattern release of  Eclipsed has been absolutely phenomenal! Thank you!

The one thing I've had emails on is folks outside of the USA having trouble with the Buy Now button as it uses autofill and as they are international, they then get a message saying that we don't ship outside of the USA.

PDF patterns are not shipped. There is no problem if you simply add the item to the shopping cart, then click to the shopping cart and choose either your PayPal or Credit Card option.  It should process just fine from there. It has something to do with purchasing digital files with the BUY NOW button if you are international.

Do not use the Buy Now button.  Add the item to your cart and then click the cart and check out the normal way.

Sorry for the headache - but give this a try and see if it works for you.

Also - if you've downloaded and can't find where your PDF went on your device - do a SEARCH by pattern name. Most of my issues come from iPhone/iPad users who don't know where to look.

How to find a PDF on an iPhone in Files.

The broadest place to look for your PDF is in the Files app. You’ll be able to find it there if it’s on your iPhone.

  1. Open the Files app.
  2. Tap Browse > On My iPhone.
  3. Search your folders for the PDF.

It’s very likely that the PDF ended up in the Downloads folder, so search there first.

How to search for PDF files on an iPhone.

Using the search function on your iPhone might be one of the simplest ways to find the PDF that you’ve downloaded. Here are the steps for using the search function:

  1. Swipe down to find the search field.
  2. Enter the name of the PDF into the search field.
  3. Tap Show More to scroll further through searches.
I really hope this helps!

Would you like to win an Eclipsed PDF pattern?

More awesome quilts being made!!
Love them. The shirtings look fabulous too.
You picked the perfect binding fabric. It'll look awesome 💯.
I'm plugging away on my string blocks. I guess I will keep sewing until the papers are gone. Doesn't say how many little blocks to make.
Nice day here. Sunny and mild.
Have a Sparkling day
Blessings 🙏 💞

Always...my organizational skills are "wanting". Too much stuff, too little room...solution ...shut the drawer and walk away.....another day I'll tackle this task!

Oh my! YES! When I started reorganizing my stash???? I would just look at it and shake my head! I have my sweet daughter who is very organized as she is a quilter too. And came to my home 2-3 times a week to help me with my mess. And she lives about an hour away from me. Planning on bundling some up to sale and the rest will go to my church ladies quilting group.. We go to a quilt retreat twice a year and they have a table that is set up to "take what you want" And we donate to that too. Have a great day Bonnie

All I have to say about your quote of the day is sometimes things look much worse before they get better. I feel your pain. But think of all the creativity that sprang from that mess. Fran in Pa

I love Moonflower both as the name and as the actual quilt. Something about it just feels so right, relatable, something. I'm going to start gathering fabrics now for the release of the pattern. Thanks for sharing. Best to you.
