This kind of fun -
This is the kind of gang any quilter would want to be part of!
When they plan and plan and design shirts for their retreat - Oh, the giggles and smiles these shirts bring!
And as September crossed over into October we enjoyed every minute of this very small but very quilty gang being together.
Oodles and bundles of fun!
And just a few clouds for our over-the-porch-rail day!
The pieced flowers are designed by Sew Kind of Wonderful, followed by a gorgeous paper pieced star.
Good Fortune is followed by Knitted Star by Lo and Behold. A Christmas tree finish, a purple beauty and a cute machine appliqued candy corn finish!
Well done, ladies!
Thanks for all of the joy you brought to Quiltville!
In my own world - I have passed the half-way mark! But that still leaves many to go as these blocks, while not tiny, and not so many pieces, are still on the "smaller than my scissors" scale.
I'm loving them - and I will keep pushing forward so that I can get this top together and have something to hand quilt before the time changes. At least that's the goal.
I'm without evening handwork right now and it is driving me nuts. That is all.
You have made Starshine a hit! Thank you so much, everyone. I can't wait to see your projects in progress and down the road - finishes.
