Quilting, and a Craftours Cocoon!

I finished the quilting on this quilt yesterday, that still remains NAMELESS!

Isn’t that terrible?

Usually the name for a quilt comes along during the making of it, but with this one? NADA!

I’m sure it will come to me – I’ve just had so many other things on my mind that maybe I haven’t listened to the quiet voice radiating from this wonderful mess of scraps to listen to what it wants to be called.

I look at the texture of the quilting on top of all of those little bits of memories and I just feel HAPPY!

PACKAGE INCLUDES:
The cocoon starts on a Sunday night and continues through the week until Thursday evening. We will feature four “master” instructors for each cocoon event, and the week will be filled with an extraordinary opportunity to participate in something very, very special. Our Craftours Cocoon™ will not only offer four master workshops taught by incredibly talented instructors, but you can also enjoy informative presentations & lectures, exhibits, shopping, receive special gifts, participate in fun & games, and have a chance to win some free trips. 
 
The event will also feature the use of brand new Janome sewing machines, and include four nights accommodations at the Chicago Marriott Naperville, daily breakfast, two special dinners, and more!
 
The price of this amazing weekend: $889.00 per person based on double occupancy.  Bring a friend! Payment due in full at sign up.
 
Space is limited and based on first come-first served. Single rooms are available for an additional $325.00pp.
 
EXTEND YOUR TOUR:
Our cocoon takes place just prior to the Quilt Festival in Rosemont, Illinois (April 7 - 9, 2016), if you would like to be able to enjoy the Quilt Festival, you can extend your stay up to 3 additional nights for the incredible price of $92 per person, per night. These additional nights include taxes and breakfast each day.
 
I have had many many requests from those who live near by asking if they could attend the workshops and the evening events, but sleep at home in their own beds.
 
While the "Stay at the Marriott" all inclusive price is $887.00 I can see why those who live near by would want to stay at home and save their money for FABRIC! And Notions! And other quilty goodies --

So for those who LIVE within the Naperville area who want to come to this event, we have a "sleep at home" deal for you!
 
The workshops, the lectures and evening events will be included in your Local-Student registration of $664.00. You sleep at home, you eat breakfast at home, and then you come play!
