It’s a Quilty Box Give-Away!

quiltyboxgiveaway

**NOTE**  This drawing has ended!  Congrats to our lucky winner!

Last month I posted about my first Quilty Box arrival, and all of the goodies that were inside.

You can find that post HERE.

This month’s box just arrived and I am thrilled with everything that is in it!

Not only am I thrilled for ME, but I am thrilled for you too, because we are going to offer up a Give-Away so that one lucky winner will receive a Quilty Box of their own in the mail –simply by leaving a comment in the comments section of this post!

But first the nitty gritty!

Look at what is inside THIS MONTH's Quilty Box!

I could hardly get the tape off the box fast enough just to see!

20150714_190338

Oooohhh!  Ruler, patterns, best press..and batik strips!

20150714_190345

The X blocks ruler goes with the pattern enclosed in the box, and there are two more patterns included WITH the ruler!

20150714_190452

Back side of ruler package.  This will be fun to get in to!

20150714_190401

Other goodies…the pattern that goes with the ruler.

A 2 1/2’’ Strip Pack from Wilmington Batiks!

And a perfect bottle of Mary Ellen’s Best Press.

Along with my box I received the following info:
  • Quilty Box is a monthly subscription box. We offer plans from $44-48/mo.
  • 5% of the profits of multi-month subscriptions are donated to Quilts for Kids - a non-profit which donates quilts for children in need
  • Each month we have 4 or more products (Fabric, patterns, thread, or notions)
  • Our retail value of the products in the box is always more than $50
Your support is appreciated. If you have any questions or comments don't hesitate to contact me.
Thank You,
Patrick Claytor
Owner - Quilty Box
Subscribe today at
www.QuiltyBox.com!
I think the thing that makes me feel the best, besides the fact that these are items I WILL use –is the knowledge that 5% of the proceeds go to help kids in need.

Make more quilts, cover kids with love.  It’s all good!

So tell me in the comment section below…just what would YOU make with the goodies from THIS Quilty Box should you be drawn as the winner?

Leave me a comment below.  LEAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.  No exceptions.  There must be an email address for you to win if I draw your name.  Don’t assume it is attached to your profile, because likely it is not.  No address, and I draw someone else, okay?

I’m leaving this open until Friday Evening!  We’ll let the Random Number Generator do it’s magic in deciding who our lucky winner will be!

And yes – this Giveaway is open to EVERYWHERE, not just to the USA!

Ready? Get Set –Comment!

We need more things like this to make you actually want to go get your mail these days - lol! What I woudl amke? Well, I would have to let inspiration guide me. For instance, I'm working on the row by row, and as much as I'd love to keep it, I feel strongly that it is meant for a dear friend of mine. And I try to follow guidance when it is given to me. It makes everyone happy in the end :)

Those strips look like they would be pretty made up into a braided quilt.

I signed up for Quilty Box and received the same goodies! So (sew) excited. All the possibilities are running through my head.

The Basix tool looks really cool and I know I'll have fun playing with it.

Thanks for letting us know about the Quilty Box company. So much fun!

Well, I think I would have to ponder...and so I am pondering...I would most likely start with the pattern, use the ruler on the fabric strips to make squares that would need to use the pressing solution. Upon completion, I would be extremely pleased with myself!
Thank you for the opportunity to dream...

Those Quilty Boxes are really cool - I would do something with those pre-cut strips first, then try out the new ruler. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity - love free stuff!

I would love to win this Bonnie, you are so generous! I would probably mix my strips that I win in with others that I've been cutting and saving, and make some variation of a jelly roll race quilt, which would then be donated to Child Can, my areas organization that helps kids and families of kids with cancer. www.childcan.com It covers southwestern Ontario, and my guild is the major donator of quilts for the kids, every child diagnosed with cancer gets their very own.
Thanks!

I love getting new toys to play with. Wonder what I could make with these? Maybe a baby quilt or table runner. Hmmm. New gadgets, new techniques. Would definitely put a smile on my face.
