Quiltmaker May/June Giveaway!

mayjune2014
THIS DRAWING HAS ENDED!

Congrats to our lucky winner CARMELA!

There’s a new issue hitting your news stands!

The Quiltmaker May/June issue is chock full of fun and springy quilts to tickle your fancy – get a load of the cute hexie sheep on the cover!

If you like hexies, they are in here!  Including a quilt called Marquette Park by my good friend Mickey Depre!

If you like scrappy triangles, they are in here!

If you like fun quilts great for kids, they are in here!

If you like beautiful applique, you will find that in this issue too…

Just check out these preview snippets:

mayjune2

Pages packed with Awesomeness!

And of course, as always, you’ll find my Addicted to Scraps column – giving you a block to play with to put one aspect of your own Scrap User’s System to work!

Box Kite!

I love half-square triangles, and blocks in a 9-patch format!  Asymmetrical blocks are always a favorite as there are so many ways to play with them.  Check out the sample layout from the design team at Quiltmaker Magazine:

How fun is this!

I love how they've laid out the blocks in a medallion format by color ---Oh, this is going to be a terrific scrap buster!

Good luck, everyone!

A double give away, Bonnie you're awesome. I have always loved the scrappy look but could never sit down and make one, thinking that it would come out wrong. To much perfectionism in my blood I guess. Watching what you do has convinced me to dive right in and I love it! Thank you!

I think any quilter would love to have one of your books... you do inspire us all.

That red binding is going to make the quilt pop. Love it.

Please have the random generator pick me this time. I want your book and the magazine.

Ok Bonnie, I would LOVE to win this book. I looked the other day and realized that I have more of your books than any other author. And this is coming from a woman who hates to buy books, rulers, etc because it interferes with my fabric money. lol

Thanks, I would love to win your new book. I am enjoying Leaders & Lenders, Make More Quilts in Less Time... Love the system of "cleaning up dishes." Wish I had known it years ago (now why didn't I think of it?). I have been pulling scraps out of many hidden places....my hubs just shook his head and then looked at the totes and drawer labels.. he questioned why the long strips labels do not have a length...They are different lengths that's why. :-) I told him, he would be very happy once I was more organized. Again, a head shake and he included an eye roll.
