Well I arrived late in LA about 2 weeks and I can definitely tell you that there was no traffic on Pacific Coast Hwy south of the airport at 1:00 am. Definitely a first for me!
It's still better to be stuck in traffic because you arrived AFTER the accident, than to have arrived just in time to participate! Hope the rest of the trip gets better!

My home state...and phot shared is one reason it was easy to move. LOL
Careful with that phone while driving you will get ticketed there.
