I have a box of garlic knots I want to put together soon, but probably not while we are in hot, hot, hot Las Vegas. She sews beautifully and runs Ok, but has a flat spot on the belt from sitting unused for many years. I bought it from a neighbor in a cabinet, for $30. It was her Mom's. Didn't love the cabinet as the machine really didn't fit in it well, so I'd like to find an extension table for her. I plan to take her in for servicing and then put her to work!

Behind her is the Singer 27 that I found on Craigslist for $100. Sews like a champ and I love using her.

Thanks Bonnie!!!
Melissa in Cibolo, TXAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13569819.post-89032884460505738772017-06-21T14:12:55.548-04:002017-06-21T14:12:55.548-04:00I noticed that you often use different machines wh...I noticed that you often use different machines when doing quilt cam. Do they all have their own cabinet, or do you just swap the machines? I have several old machines, but I usually use them as portables. I would love the idea of just swapping machines in one or two cabinets, depending on the make of machine. I know they are not all compatible. In Bedford a must-see is the National Museum of the American Coverlet. http://www.coverletmuseum.org/ Across the street is an ancient cemetery with interesting monuments.
