Figured out how to load and use an Ipod and a Kindle - now the blog comments are working. I have a Kenmore that was bought for me in 1974. I was in the 9th grade at the time. The bobbin case fell apart recently and when I tried to get a new one, I was told that they don't make parts for that machine anymore. I was heartbroken! Since then I met someone who had an extra, now my machine from my high school days is as good as new; but my question to you is, with all of your vintage machine collecting, how do you know that you will be able to replace parts that are needed?
