It’s a Quilty Box!

x
While I was gone to California, this little box showed up in the mail ---

With MY NAME on it!

“You’ve got a Quilty Box from Quiltybox.com” said son Jeff when I called.

“A what box?”

“A Quilty Box!”

The unveiling had to wait until I returned home to open it and when I arrived…there it was!

I slit the packing tape carefully, not wanting to disturb the contents hiding inside.

Wrapped up and bow tied!

Oh goodness!  GOODIES! Loads of goodies for me to try!

Out of the box and ready to play!

The cards inside explain what everything is, and the retail value of each item

I can really put this little mat to use in my travel bag – and that thread!

This is a fabulous goodie box!

Along with my sample box I received the following info:
  • Quilty Box is a monthly subscription box. We offer plans from $44-48/mo.
  • 5% of the profits of multi-month subscriptions are donated to Quilts for Kids - a non-profit which donates quilts for children in need
  • Each month we have 4 or more products (Fabric, patterns, thread, or notions)
  • Our retail value of the products in the box is always more than $50
  • The next Quilty Box will ship around July 11th. Subscribers will need to purchase before July 10th to receive this shipment.
  • We will be using the hashtags #QuiltyBox and #GetQuilty
I have also created a coupon code for your followers. This is worth $10 off their first Quilty Box and is valid until July 10th.

Your unique coupon code: QUILTVILLEJULY15

Your support is appreciated. If you have any questions or comments don't hesitate to contact me.

This box had a retail value of $58.42!

This would be a great subscription plan for someone who is new in quilting, looking for new gadgets and fun stuff, or who wants to be their own secret pal!

I will be using every single item in this box..it's fabulous!

I wonder what the NEXT Quilty box will hold!?

  1. I made a Quilt of Valor out of the Strip Lash pattern. It is a great one to use up strip scraps!

  2. Just bought the seam guides at Missouri Star Quilt Co. last week while my granddaughter was at MIZZOU Tiger Elite Camp. I needed them to keep my 1/4" accurate while I pieced in my hotel room. All I had before that was post it notes (that didn't want to stay stuck) and a fabric adhesive Band-Aid. I love the seam guides.

  3. Love that you can find a travel mat for 5 bucks. That is instead of here in Sweden. Love the idea of being your own secret pal. My teenage daughter always asks the department store to wrap her nail polish or sample face mask as a gift. I hope lots of people sign up for these fun boxes!

  5. SMH. Thank you for introducing another option into this quilting world. This just may introduce me to a pattern I have yet to see, try or learn to love as well as a fabric line.

  6. What a fun idea! I don't care if they sent it to you as an endorsement (or not). This is something new to me, so thank you for sharing. I love pre-cuts and don't have many gadgets, this would be fun to receive every month.

  7. I was asked to receive one of the boxes and do a review. This was at the beginning of the year and it didn't feel comfortable to me, so I didn't do it. It looks like it has some fun things. Might be good for a new quilter to try some products she or he wouldn't normally purchase.
As for you rude commenters: This is Bonnie's blog and she can write whatever she wants. You can state your opinions at your blog! I think it is very rude to leave them in the comments. If you don't like it, don't read it! Pretty simple, really.

  8. Bonnie, my daughter get monthly boxes to a few different things. One is for snacks from different countries and one is a"geek" box. She has ayoutube channel for the "unboxing". It is called "ambergen87". It is cool. I got one like hers and I think a quilting one would be awesome and addicting.

  9. Thank you for sharing the details of the box goodies! This looks like fun. I get a StitchyBox for myself and a few other subscriptions for the house, I might as well add a QuiltyBox to my list of "boxes" for the month!
