Galaxy-Gram! Stuck in a Line!

Walmart on the Monday before a major holiday?

I should have known better!
At the same time, this was the best I could do today with all else that was on the to do list.

As soon as this Loot is loaded into the car, I am on my way to the airport to pick up my dad.

I hope he doesn't reach Greensboro before I do - he has already sent a text saying his plane had boarded in Dulles!

At least it isn't a repeat of last year's fiasco when I ended up with a flat tire on the way to the airport to pick him up.

We will grab a bite to dinner on our way to the mountains, and our Thanksgiving week at the cabin will be officially underway!

I will catch you from there!
Have a great Monday evening, everyone!

  1. Have a great week with your dad.
I was at Walmart today, too. I have to recommend the new app, Walmart Savings Catcher. You install the app, then scan your receipts within 7 days, and if there are any advertised specials at over 40 competitors which affect any of your purchases they give you a credit on a Walmart gift card. My first week I received over $10 to use. It's awesome.

Hi Bonnie-I need help. I have been cutting fabric for this year leaders and Enders challenge-the lozenges. I am in such a mess. I started sewing and then I took a close look at the antique one on your site that the challenge is modeled after. I see that she took her time to match up all the little half square triangles-the result are cute hour glasses. I did not do that-nor can I figure out how to do it. I am t a complete standstill. I really want to make this. Please help me. Thank you.

  7. We had to go to Walmart, but I only needed a few items, so I checked myself out and happily danced out the doors. Sorry you are stuck in a line, but maybe you could think of all the good things in the basket and how they will be used.
