If it Weren’t for the Internet ---

If it weren't for the internet ---

I wouldn’t have 8 years of blogging here.

If it weren’t for the internet --- I wouldn’t have facebook.

If it weren’t for the internet ---I wouldn’t have met Sigrid from Germany!

If it weren’t for the internet ---I wouldn’t have met Janina also from Germany!

If it weren’t for the internet, and my blog, and facebook – Janina and Sigrid would not have met each other either!

And I got to see Sigrid’s adorable hexie owls in person!

And we all got to be together, face to face-- in Galway at the International Quilt Festival of Ireland!

And since we were at the International Quilt Festival of Ireland…we got to have our pictures taken with Liam, the town crier!

Under the shade of a yarn bombed tree!

((Why does Liam look as if he is going to brain us with that danged bell?!))

Happy memories ---
